Job Summary
Onsite Supervisor needed to manage warehouse operations at a client facility, actively monitor associates on the production floor, conduct new hire orientations and onboarding, coach staff to improve performance and reduce turnover, and create daily/weekly reports (attendance/performance/turnover) in Excel. The role includes conducting injury and employee investigations, and assisting with recruiting when needed. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Spanish/English bilingual. Per requirements, candidate should have prior warehouse management experience and be able to adapt to scheduling changes in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
