Job Summary
Complete work orders within designated time frames and turn over apartments within five days of move-out. Survey buildings to ensure mechanical systems meet health and safety standards, then repair electrical, plumbing, heating, and locking components. Prepare, prime, and paint building surfaces while maintaining fire suppression and alarm documentation. Perform manual repairs as needed and document all work performance and material procurement. Maintain a clean work environment and participate in ongoing technical and safety training. This role is based at City Center Senior Apartments, offering a free one-bedroom apartment with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm.
Required Qualifications
- Previous working experience as a Maintenance Technician for (1) year(s)
- Candidate must reside on-site
- High school diploma
- In depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Problem solving aptitude

- Any additional relevant certification (HVAC, CMRP etc.)
