Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping tasks for building systems, common areas, and outdoor amenities. Address resident repair requests, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and conduct inspections for irrigation, HVAC, and drywall issues. Interact with homeowners, community managers, and the Board of Directors while operating a motor vehicle with a clean driving record. Work Saturdays and Sundays at $20.00 per hour, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs in variable weather conditions. This role supports Sentry Management's mission to enhance property values and improve resident lifestyles within Crofton, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Have previous Maintenance experience
- Be professional, organized and self-motivated
- Be able to work independently with little supervision
- Have the ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 4 hours per day
- Be able to safely bend and lift up to 50lbs
- Be able to work in variable weather conditions
- Possess general computer skills
- Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
