Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance inspections and repairs on building systems, including HVAC drain line cleaning, drywall patching, and light irrigation. Address resident repair requests for common areas and maintain the cleanliness of outdoor amenities like pools. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to resolve complex issues. Interact with homeowners, HOA managers, and the Board of Directors to ensure quality task completion. Work independently with minimal supervision in variable weather conditions, safely lifting up to 50lbs and standing for up to four hours daily. Requires a valid driver's license and general computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Have previous Maintenance experience
- Be professional, organized and self-motivated
- Be able to work independently with little supervision
- Have the ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 4 hours per day
- Be able to safely bend and lift up to 50lbs
- Be able to work in variable weather conditions
- Possess general computer skills
- Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
