Job Summary
Perform regular inspections, execute repairs for common areas, and maintain building systems including HVAC, irrigation, and drywall. Address resident requests promptly and coordinate with vendors and contractors for all maintenance tasks. Manage groundskeeping duties for outdoor amenities while working independently with minimal supervision. Requires ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50lbs in variable weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean record is mandatory. Salary commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Have previous Maintenance experience
- Be professional, organized and self-motivated
- Be able to work independently with little supervision
- Have the ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 4 hours per day
- Be able to safely bend and lift up to 50lbs
- Be able to work in variable weather conditions
- Possess general computer skills
- Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
