Job Summary
Manage the women's residence facility and beneficiaries under the Center Administrator's direction, promoting a climate for effective performance and learning through teaching, training, and availability. Supervise beneficiaries based on demonstrated experience, initiative, and integrity while applying the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center program philosophy. Maintain a valid Class B driver's license with an acceptable record, required for on-site and live-in duties. This full-time, benefit-eligible position supports the organization's mission to meet human needs without discrimination, offering a path for continuous professional growth within the Rehabilitation area.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Ability to supervise beneficiaries as revealed by experience, training, and/or interview
- Possession of a valid Driver's License (Class B in California) with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to acquire the license within 45 days
- Integrity, resourcefulness, initiative, and evidence of self-improvement
- Demonstrate ability to support and apply the philosophy and goals of The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center program as stated in the Mission Statement
- No evidence of existing chemical dependency
- Live-in/on-site availability
