Job Summary
Provide IT support to on-site employees and resources, including troubleshooting and escalation as needed. Responsibilities include supporting on-site desktops, laptops, servers, network devices (switches, routers, firewalls), printers, phones, and wireless access points; gathering and documenting client/problem information; using knowledge bases to resolve issues and escalate appropriately; assisting end users with hardware/software issues via phone, email, or help desk tickets; documenting and tracking problems to ensure timely resolution. Requires experience supporting Outlook, Windows, Word, Excel and other desktop applications; typically operates under supervision.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related IT experience
- 3 years of Work experience
- Experience supporting Outlook, Windows, Word, Excel and other desktop applications
- Strong IT/Technical aptitude
- IT degree or certificate a plus
- CompTIA Certification a plus
