Job Summary
Provide on-site IT support to on-site employees and resources. Gather client and problem information, troubleshoot and resolve when possible, or escalate quickly and accurately when appropriate. Resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network equipment. Field end-user inquiries via phone, email, or help desk tickets, diagnose problems, document and monitor progress, and follow established guidelines. Be proficient with Outlook, Windows, Word, Excel, and other desktop applications.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related IT experience
- Strong IT/Technical aptitude
- IT degree or certificate a plus
- CompTIA Certification a plus
