On-site HSE Manager

Develop and execute company HSE Directives, site programs, safety work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Conduct inspections, investigations, and analyses to minimize employee injury risks while performing site-specific regulatory standard gap assessments. Coordinate and deliver HSE training, including new employee orientation on applicable topics. Act as the liaison between the site and Divisional and Corporate HSE support teams. This role supports the development of written policies and procedures at a manufacturing site in Richmond, Virginia, requiring previous HSE management experience.
