Job Summary
On-Site Coordinator will manage the field employee workforce, enforce safety protocols (GMP and policy compliance), support client needs proactively, resolve issues in real-time, and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities include attendance and transfer management, coaching and terminations, interviewing candidates and extending job offers, maintaining accurate records and reporting to the client and Accurate Personnel, site walkthroughs to monitor safety, and ensuring diversity and EEO compliance. Strong problem-solving, customer service, and clear communication are required, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred and at least 1 year of industrial staffing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in the industrial staffing industry
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced warehouse environment
