Manage field employees by handling attendance, transfer requests, coaching, and terminations while maintaining accurate records and reporting to clients. Walk the floor at least three times daily to monitor safety, GMP, and policy compliance, resolving issues in real-time and supporting client needs proactively. As needed, interview candidates, assess qualifications, and make job offers to the workforce. This role requires flexibility for overtime and Sundays, with a starting pay of $22/hr.
