Job Summary
The On-Site Assistant Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations and logistics of curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities within various pre-collegiate programs. Key responsibilities include supervising program activities, ensuring alignment with program objectives, and interacting positively with all stakeholders. The role requires exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills along with strong leadership and interpersonal abilities. Applicants must be high school graduates or equivalent, with the preferred experience including working with K-12 students and holding a college degree.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to work and multitask effectively in a complex and fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated ability to be well-organized
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- College graduate or graduate student
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Ability to drive a golf cart (completed W&M golf cart training)
Additional Requirements
- This position may be subject to overtime during high peak times
- This is a restricted position, subject to the continued availability of funding

- Hourly employees are subject to the limitations of the Virginia Manpower Control Program and total hours worked may not exceed on average 29 hours per week
