Job Summary
Manage inventory and logistics of industrial machine spare parts at the customer site by gathering failed parts, entering data into the ERP system, and coordinating shipping and receiving. Maintain regular communication with suppliers and vendors via phone, email, and in person to follow up on open transactions. Work closely with customers to understand needs, build relationships, and ensure efficient transaction completion. This role involves some physical labor in handling parts. Requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational abilities. Training on ERP software will be provided. Day shift, in-person work at the customer site.

Desired Qualifications
