Job Summary
On-Road Supervisor overseeing daily performance of on-road service providers to ensure safe, timely deliveries and adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements. Responsibilities include supervising drivers, executing dispatch plans, monitoring performance via quality metrics, conducting risk and safety audits, maintaining customer relationships, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requires DOT certification, UPS package car driving experience, and a bachelor's degree (preferred); role involves leading hourly employees and managing operational performance within the center.
Required Qualifications
- DOT Certification
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) or internationally comparable degree
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be located in Miles City, MT or willing to relocate
- Experience driving UPS package cars
- Ability to lift 70lbs/32 kgs
- DOT certification
- Bachelor’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree) or UPS internal equivalent
