Job Summary
Warehouse Clerks at Specs are responsible for order selecting and merchandising wholesale products, maintaining product integrity and accuracy in staging and packing. They must demonstrate teamwork, effective communication, and attention to detail while adhering to safety regulations. Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma or GED, and must be reliable, adaptable, and customer service-oriented. Additionally, the role requires physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds, use a dolly and pallet jack, and maintain organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be over the age of 21
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to use industrial machines for moving pallets
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- Ability to read, comprehend and write instructions or memos
- Mathematical skills for counting and basic calculations
- Strong work ethic
