On Premise Sales Representative- Santa Cruz/ Campbell/ Los Gatos

Drive sales growth in an assigned California wine territory by achieving goals for new placements, cases, and revenue; provide educational wine training to accounts and staff through tastings, seminars, and events; develop and maintain relationships with Regal Wine Company management and supplier partners; manage territory by prioritizing daily plans to maximize efficiency and growth; create unique wine presentations aligned with Regal standards and initiatives; grow and foster professional relationships with key accounts; manage accounts receivable; communicate critical information between management, accounts, and the marketplace; continue expanding wine knowledge and sales skills; adapt quickly to change; occasional travel within CA for education and training; union responsibilities include other duties as assigned by leadership; wage transparency includes base salary plus commission, discretionary bonuses, auto allowance, gas card, company phone, expense accounts and other incentives; benefits include health, 401k with match, PTO, volunteer time, and learning opportunities; equal opportunity employer.
