Job Summary
On-Premise Sales Representative for Regal Wine Company in the Peninsula/San Mateo/Burlingame area. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals in the assigned territory, providing educational wine trainings to accounts and staff through tastings, seminars, and events, developing and maintaining relationships with management and supplier partners, growing the territory and driving new business, creating unique wine presentations aligned with Regal standards, growing key accounts, managing accounts receivable, and communicating pertinent information between management, accounts, and the marketplace. Requires travel within California (up to 6 trips/year), flexibility for hours (Mon-Fri with occasional weekends), and physical ability to lift 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience required; wine sales experience preferred
- Must possess a current driver’s license; maintain current auto insurance and a clean driving record
- Able to travel within California up to 6 times per year, out of the territory, for education and training
- Able to repetitively lift a minimum of 50 lbs; be able to bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist, and lift repetitively
