Collaborates with sales supervisors and customer service teams to develop programs, maintain equipment quality, and craft incentive plans. Requires supervisory experience, strong communication and negotiation abilities, problem-solving, and active listening; emphasizes organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and a valid Class D driver’s license. Located in St. Cloud, MN, with responsibilities across the Central Region and a focus on profitability and customer-centric solutions.
