Job Summary
Visit customer accounts regularly to build lasting relationships, identify business growth needs, and develop tailored growth plans that drive incremental sales above base business. Analyze data and insights to increase revenue, pre-plan visits with documented agendas in CRM, and prioritize activities based on each account's specific strategy. Maintain deep product knowledge to propose winning solutions, resolve issues, and adapt selling approaches to individual buying styles while staying current on competitor offerings. Document all visit notes, account information, and selling opportunities in CRM to achieve internal and supplier objectives. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must possess a reliable vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance on their vehicle in compliance with SGWS company requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Able to travel as needed
- Able to analyze and understand data and information
- Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities
- Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals
- Proficient in using mobile devices (e.g., iPad®, smartphone) and online communication techniques (email, posting, texting, etc.) in a professional manner
- Able to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances
- Able to take responsibility for own actions and results
- Able to commit to providing a consistently high level of service to customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management
- Able to communicate effectively through various methods and express self clearly and concisely while appropriately tailoring the message to the audience
