Job Summary
On-premise Cleaning & Maintenance role responsible for cleaning and maintaining the facility to high standards. Key duties include sweeping/mopping/scrubbing/vacuuming floors, cleaning windows and mirrors, disinfecting and stocking restrooms, waste removal, routine 2-hour disinfection cycles, maintaining cleaning charts, replenishing supplies, organizing janitorial storage, and reporting safety concerns. Requires adherence to safety regulations (OSHA) and teamwork with staff. Must demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic; role is not remote and requires availability for varied shifts, including Fridays and Saturdays. Education preference is a high school diploma or GED; 1-2 years janitorial experience preferred; physical demands include lifting up to 50-100 pounds, standing, walking, and operating equipment in a warehouse environment.
