Job Summary
Manage the Orlando, FL on-premise market by ensuring end-to-end execution of commercial responsibilities, driving NSV, DGP, and market share growth. Partner with distributor marketing and sales teams to set goals, hold principals accountable for financial performance, and coach the sales force toward monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Execute local programming strategies, oversee on-premise events and samplings, and manage budgets for OPEX and brand investment funds. Build strong relationships with key customers, including Disney Signature Restaurants, to review menus, identify line extension opportunities, and ensure brand standards are consistently represented. Lead monthly trainings to support engagement and education while driving execution against key initiatives and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Five (5) plus years of work-related experience in spirits/wine supplier industry or other consumer goods companies
- Stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence and develop strong partnerships across the business
- Thorough knowledge of distribution, promotion, and selling techniques
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Deep knowledge and experience of On-Premise Channel
- Understanding the levers to pull to drive growth
- Proven history of successful team management
- Experience working with a distributor
- Exceptional planning and self-management skills
- MS Office Suite skills
- Budget development and management experience
- Licensed driver of motor vehicles
- The ability for intermittent travel
- Lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 45 lbs
- Sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and typing using a computer
Desired Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of distribution, promotion, and selling techniques, alongside strong analytical capabilities, is strongly recommended
- Proven history of successful team management is beneficial
- Experience working with a distributor is beneficial
- Exceptional planning and self-management skills
- Hotel and resort experience is strongly preferred
- While not required, having a Disney park pass is a plus
- This person should also be eager to explore and grow independent accounts within EPCOT
