Job Summary
Lead two Southern Glazer's sales teams to service the Central Coast and Los Angeles On-Premise market, partnering with distributor leadership to drive growth and accountability. Develop and execute local activation strategies, plan consumer and trade events, manage budgets, and own territory planning to achieve KPI targets. Collaborate with internal marketing teams, distributor partners, and customers to bring national and local programs to life, while delivering brand-building activations, menu placements, promotional programs, and superior relationship management with key accounts. Strong emphasis on coaching distributor teams, monitoring market conditions, and translating data into actionable plans to grow sales and market share in a fast-paced premium spirits environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years of experience in beverage alcohol, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, or related sales/marketing
- Experience with distributor partners and the three-tier beverage system
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to travel throughout the territory as needed
