Job Summary
Check NRAL health and status regularly to maintain operational condition and support NASA/MCC-H for Airlock sorties. Coordinate with ISS-bound payload customers to gather Con-Op requirements, prepare payloads for launch, and command and control company payloads from the BRIDGE. Conduct all On-Orbit Functional tests, HFIT, and crew IVA activities while providing technical assistance to lower-level operators. Record, report, and analyze spacecraft mission data through written tabulations, charts, and graphs. Train NASA ISS Astronauts on the company's Airlock and handle flight hardware with care. Available for 24/7 on-call rotation including weekends and holidays, with occasional travel. Requires NASA Flight Controller certification and at least two years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- MUST have Flight Controller training
- Bachelors degree from four-year college or university
- At least 2 years experience
- 2 years post NASA certification
- NASA Flight Controller Certified for either ISS or Space Shuttle Flight Controllers

- Masters degree from four-year college or university
- Teaching experience
