Job Summary
Online Customer Marketing Manager will join Logitech's marketing and sales team to enhance presence, market share, and sell-out of categories on Tmall platforms through data-driven online marketing campaigns and customer plans. Responsibilities include developing and aligning annual plans and quarterly forecasts; creating customer-focused marketing plans aligned with category and regional strategies; analyzing data to identify opportunities; partnering with retailers to gather insights; planning and executing web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display campaigns; building a strong social media presence; collaborating with internal teams to optimize landing pages; and supporting hybrid/remote work arrangements across locations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in eCommerce & Digital Marketing, particularly with Etailers
- Expertise in eRetail Media and eMerchandising, including SEO, PaidSearch, and Display
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven thinking
- Excellent communication skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns
- Experience with budget management and building customer relationships
- Demonstrable experience leading SEO/SEM and marketing campaigns
