Job Summary
Respond to consumer inquiries regarding data breach communications via email and text, applying customer service techniques to assist with service requests and improve the customer experience. Utilize account management systems to troubleshoot issues, escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels, and follow up on resolved matters. Maintain a positive, enthusiastic outlook while managing time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. This temporary, on-demand role requires fluency in English and Spanish and is contingent on specific breach events. Candidates will receive shift notifications and must complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be available for shifts ranging between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday - Friday and 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday
