Job Summary
Respond to data breach communications to consumers via email and text on an as-needed basis. Assist customers with service inquiries, apply customer service techniques, and utilize account management systems to improve the customer experience during difficult times. Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels and troubleshoot issues while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic outlook. This temporary, remote position requires fluent bilingual English and Spanish skills, with shifts ranging from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM weekdays and 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM weekends. Candidates must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based and willing to submit to a Level II background check and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be available for shifts ranging between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday - Friday and 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday
