Job Summary
Assist customers with service inquiries related to data breach communications, applying customer service techniques to improve their experience during difficult times. Learn common requests and solutions while utilizing account management systems to escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels. Maintain a positive, enthusiastic outlook and multi-task in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent. This temporary, remote position is contingent on breach events, with shifts ranging from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Friday and 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekends. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, type at 20+ words per minute, and possess basic Microsoft Office and Windows knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be available for shifts ranging between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday - Friday and 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday
