Job Summary
Respond to consumer inquiries regarding data breach communications via email and text, applying customer service techniques and utilizing account management systems to improve the customer experience during difficult times. Assist customers with service inquiries, learn common requests and solutions, and escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels. Maintain a positive, enthusiastic outlook while thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment requiring conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. This temporary, remote position is contingent on breach events, with shifts ranging from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Friday and 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekends. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong communication skills, and complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be available for shifts ranging between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday - Friday and 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday
