On-Call Youth Counselor Nightshift

Supervise, protect, and care for adolescent clients individually and in groups within a 24/7 inpatient involuntary program. Promote self-help skills in eating, hygiene, grooming, and social interactions while assisting with activities of daily living and personal care. Conduct or assist both large and small activity groups, encouraging appropriate behavior and providing feedback. Provide day-to-day supervision for children, including support for planned activities and school. Work nightshifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM with weekend coverage available Friday through Sunday. Requires high school diploma or associate degree, one year experience with emotionally disturbed adolescents, and valid CPR and ProAct certifications.
