Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living, monitor their condition, and provide companionship while remaining responsive throughout your scheduled shift. Step in to cover visits when primary caregivers are unavailable and travel throughout assigned service areas to ensure continuity of care. Accurately document all care provided in required systems and communicate updates with coordinators and nursing staff. Maintain availability for the full duration of each paid shift, whether working a permanent 90-day commitment or picking up five or more PRN shifts monthly.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Colorado
- Valid driver's license
- reliable transportation
- ability to travel throughout the Denver Metro area
- Ability to remain responsive, flexible, and ready to be dispatched during scheduled on-call shifts
- Strong communication skills
- time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- adapt quickly to different client needs and home environments
- Basic technology skills for documentation and communication (EMR systems, phone apps, etc.)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed per care plan
- Must be dependable
- Must be punctual
- committed to providing high-quality care
- Commit to a fixed schedule (90-day minimum)
- Pick up 5 or more available shifts in a month
