Job Summary
Provides safety, support and resources for individuals and families through case management within programs focused on addressing trauma related to domestic violence; engages with residents in one-on-one case management sessions, helping identify and address individualized needs, and offers resources and education. May require availability to work evenings and/or weekends; bilingual Spanish-English preferred. Requires a Bachelor's or Associate degree with related experience, or a High School Diploma with substantial related experience. Includes potential travel between work locations and some exposure to infectious diseases, with emphasis on safety and universal precautions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Associates degree in a related field plus two years of related experience
- High School Diploma plus four years of related experience
- Ability to obtain a Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid Arizona Driver License, proof of automobile insurance, and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
