Job Summary
Operate mailing, copy, and fax equipment while shipping and receiving supplies. Pick up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs, and faxes to customers in the St. Louis metro area. Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands within a high-volume production environment while adhering to business and safety procedures. Maintain friendly, cooperative customer care and perform other assigned tasks. This part-time, on-call role requires 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM hours, Monday through Friday, with an hourly compensation of $17.50–$19.50. Candidates need reliable transportation, a high school diploma, and PC skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
- Must be able to effectively work independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Must be able to consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines as well as all safety procedures
- Must be able to operate mailing, copy and fax equipment
- Must be able to ship and receive/order supplies
- Must be able to pick up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
- Must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Must have professional appearance and demeanor
- Must have keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Must be available for hours ranging within M-F 8:00AM- 6:0PM
- Must be available for no nights or weekends
- Must be able to work in the St. Louis metro area
- Must adhere to business professional dress code and standards
