On Call-Security Guard

Conduct security patrols, monitor CCTV, and respond to alarms while maintaining visual contact with the Front Desk. Answer phone dispatch, check visitor IDs, and escort guests or assist with room access. Investigate incidents such as thefts or assaults, administer first aid, and complete incident reports in partnership with leadership. Maintain daily activity logs, hold shift briefings, and ensure compliance with hotel safety standards and regulations. This role supports Avion Hospitality's commitment to guest comfort and safe operations across hotel properties. Bilingual Spanish capability is a plus.
