Cover overflow room assignments and provide coverage for leaves of absence. Ensure rooms and suites are fresh and welcoming for guests by maintaining high standards, assisting with requests like toothbrushes or directions, and performing deep cleaning projects or turndown duties as assigned. Monitor and control supplies and amenities to minimize waste, keep supervisors updated on room service progress, and log all lost and found items. Follow safety procedures, wear protective equipment, and communicate with other departments to ensure excellent service. Work as part of a team, maintaining fitness for standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending/kneeling. Flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays required.
