Job Summary
Respond to urgent and routine patient needs in Boston and South Shore, conducting comprehensive physical, emotional, social, and spiritual assessments. Maintain accurate documentation for patients and families across home and agency settings while providing empathetic support to terminally ill loved ones. Offer preventative measures and compassionate care during critical moments, with on-call availability from 4:30 pm to 8 am. Requires current unencumbered RN license, one year of acute care experience, and EMR proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting
- Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including a background in EMR
- Possess and maintain current CPR certification if required by state
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred
- Hospice exp a Plus!
