Job Summary
As an On Call Receptionist at St. Paul’s Senior Services, you provide essential reception and security support in a 24/7 senior living facility. Required to have a high school diploma, CPR and First Aid certification, and excellent communication skills. Must be compassionate, well-groomed, and able to handle emergencies calmly. This part-time position includes flexible scheduling and various shift opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English
- Ability to deal with emergency and stressful situations
- Compassion for seniors
- Well dressed, neat and well groomed
- Ability to promote a positive professional image
- Good judgment and ability to act independently
- Ability to operate telephone systems and intercoms
- Understand and operate facility fire panels and CCTV systems
Desired Qualifications
