Job Summary
Conduct initial evaluations, accurately assess patient conditions, and develop appropriate goals and treatment plans. Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding treatments, safety risks, and scope of practice while independently managing your case load. Document all evaluations, treatments, and care coordination contacts via EMR software. Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and facility-specific policies. Support special projects and other designated activities as assigned by leadership. Work an established schedule with flexibility according to daily clinic needs. Meet the demands of the clinic's schedule, work effectively with support staff, and contribute to revenue generation through marketing and relationship building efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months
- Commitment to top quality patient care
- Eagerness to develop your skills and support your team members as they develop their skills
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education
- Current State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status)
- Current CPR certification
- Must be able to work an established schedule with flexibility according to daily clinic needs
- Must demonstrate eagerness to advance clinical skills and develop personal leadership excellence
- Must contribute to the growth and revenue generation of the clinic through marketing and other relationship building efforts
