On-Call Pastry Cook at Four Seasons Seattle. Prepare pastry items according to guest orders and production standards, complete mis en place, set up stations for breakfast/lunch/dinner, and produce pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, chocolates, and show pieces while maintaining safety and sanitation. Operate and clean kitchen equipment, rotate perishables, manage par levels, and assist in cost-control efforts. Requires 2-3 years of fine pastry experience, a current WA State Food Handler's Card, and either a high school diploma or culinary school; this is an on-call, part-time role with flexible morning, mid-day, and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. Salary: $26.39/hour.
