Job Summary
Deliver life-changing IV drip therapy and medical services to patients in Deal, NJ, and the surrounding New Jersey Shore area. Educate clients on IV therapy benefits, build lasting relationships through compassionate care, and encourage personalized membership plans. Represent the company's mission by fostering an environment of wellness while utilizing strong IV placement skills, ideally from ER/ICU experience. This role requires an active, unencumbered New Jersey license, minimum one year of IV administration experience, and a valid driver's license for home visits. Nurses earn $100–$500 per hour based on a per-drip model with additional incentives for upselling and referrals. As independent contractors, you are responsible for your own equipment and supplies, but gain access to drip discounts for personal use.
Required Qualifications
- Active, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- Minimum 1 year of IV administration experience
- Malpractice Insurance and Workers' Compensation (required)
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (required for home visits)
- A genuine passion for patient care with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and a drive to work independently
- A growth mindset and willingness to be incentivized for sales, including upselling and generating referrals and retention
