Educate clients on IV therapy benefits, build lasting relationships through compassionate care, and encourage personalized membership plans. Represent the company mission in every interaction while driving referrals and retention. Requires an active New Jersey RN license, minimum one year of IV administration experience, strong placement skills, valid driver's license, and personal vehicle. Nurses earn 30% of infusion price with additional sales incentives for upselling. Independent contractors responsible for own equipment and supplies costs.
Required Qualifications
- Active, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- Minimum 1 year of IV administration experience
- Malpractice Insurance and Workers' Compensation (required)
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (required for home visits)
- A genuine passion for patient care with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and a drive to work independently
- A growth mindset and willingness to be incentivized for sales, including upselling and generating referrals and retention
