Job Summary
Manage and provide skilled speech/language pathology to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities, tailoring evaluation and treatment to individual physical and age-related needs. Conduct professional consultations to maximize patient independence based on functional levels and potential. Maintain Oregon Speech Language Pathologist licensure and National Provider BLS certification upon hire. Requires a Master's or Ph.D. from an accredited program. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program
- Ph.D. from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program
- equivalent educ/experience
- Specialized speech/language pathology training to meet a particular department need
- Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
