Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, escort them to treatment rooms, and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the visit. Prepare treatment rooms to client specifications while maintaining immaculate cleanliness and restocking supplies as required. Perform massage and esthetic services with personalized professionalism, adhering to sanitation and sterilization standards. Communicate any occurrences involving staff or guests to management, including complaints or misconduct. Actively promote spa treatments, services, and retail programs. Attend training sessions and staff meetings regularly. Commit to a minimum of three days a week including weekends, with flexibility for holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed massage therapist and Esthetician
- Massage Therapist and Esthetician State License required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to a minimum of three days a week inclusive of weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a luxury spa and/or hotel spa environment preferred
- Personal, excellent communication skills, professionalism and love for healing
