Job Summary
On-Call LVN/LPT Manager in a mental health rehabilitation setting overseeing nursing staff on the designated shift; provides program planning, development, and assessment of clinical and administrative activities; directs and coordinates an assigned multidisciplinary team; assigns direct reports to match client needs and team member strengths; delivers recovery-focused services including safe administration of medications as prescribed; requires LVN/LPT license, CPR/BLS, CPI certification, and supervisory experience; 18+ with on-call shifts and a starting wage range of $36.85-$45.48/hour (geographic differentials apply); location: Castro Valley, CA (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program
- Current LVN/LPT/LPN licensure
- CPR/BLS certification
- CPI certification by date of employment or within 60 days
- Two years LVN/LPT/LPN experience in health care
- One year supervisory experience
- Must be 18+ years old
- Post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD, criminal background clearance, excluded party sanctions, degree/license verification (as applicable)
Desired Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program
- Current licensure as LVN/LPT/LPN
- CPR/BLS certification
- CPI certification on or within 60 days of employment
- Two years LVN/LPT/LPN experience in health care
