Job Summary
The On Call Licensed Practical Nurse will monitor, evaluate, and care for clients’ conditions, ensuring medication compliance and advising the treatment team of significant changes. Collaborating with medical staff and providing documentation in an electronic medical records system is essential. This role requires strong listening and communication skills, the ability to work within an interdisciplinary treatment team, and proficiency with computers. The position involves two shifts per month, with flexible scheduling available.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse certification
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team
- Strong listening and communication skills
- PC proficiency required
