Job Summary
Manage day-to-day parking operations at assigned locations by ensuring activities adhere to contractual guidelines and company policies. Assist in client relations, foster professional business images, and maintain positive customer attitudes while courteously addressing requests. Participate in programs to improve satisfaction, report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to the Facility Manager, and assist with equipment maintenance, repairs, and cleanup of debris or spills. Substitute for other positions as necessary and maintain thorough knowledge of garage areas, major streets, landmarks, and freeways. Requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma, and minimal related experience. Hourly pay ranges from $38.35 to $42.19 for day, swing, and graveyard shifts.
