Job Summary
On-Call IT Field Technician – On-site and remote IT support for residential and small business clients. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows and macOS issues, resolving WiFi/router problems, installing and configuring printers/scanners, upgrading hardware, reinstalling operating systems, documenting work, supporting POS systems, running Cat5e/Cat6 cabling, and performing outdoor TV mounting and basic AV setup. Requires two+ years of IT support/field service experience, strong networking/diagnostic skills, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and ownership of required tools. Independent contractor with flexible scheduling; on-site opportunities dispatched based on proximity and skill.
