Job Summary
Geeks On Site is hiring experienced On-Call IT Field Technicians to support residential and small business customers. The role involves troubleshooting Windows and macOS issues, resolving WiFi and network problems, installing and configuring printers and scanners, upgrading hardware, reinstalling operating systems, documenting work for customers, and handling POS systems and cabling, with occasional outdoor TV mounting and basic AV setup. Two+ years of IT support or field service experience, strong networking and diagnostic skills, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, ability to work independently, customer-facing communication, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and ownership of required tools (laptop, drill, screwdrivers, cable tester, RJ45 tools) are required. Compensation is $35 per hour on-site for IT/POS work and variable rates for outdoor TV mounting, with flexible scheduling and remote dispatch support from a national brand."
Required Qualifications
