Job Summary
Respond to after-hours patient needs, manage symptoms, and perform nursing assessments for end-of-life care. Provide compassionate education to families, coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and complete accurate EMR documentation while maintaining compliance with Medicare and state regulations. Participate in rotating on-call coverage including 48-hour weekend shifts and weekday rotations from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This full-time role supports patients and families throughout the Pennsylvania territory, offering performance bonuses, 401(k) matching, and a culture dedicated to exceptional hospice standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
