Job Summary
Triage patient calls, make patient visits, perform tuck-ins, and handle admissions as needed on a 7-on-7-off schedule. Participate in daily field visits and weekly office meetings while adapting to patient status and needs on an on-call basis. This role supports AdvisaCare's high-tech clientele across Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne Counties, offering compassionate care within a rewarding work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current Michigan RN License in good standing
- Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
- Ability to adapt to patient's status and needs on a on call basis
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required
