Job Summary
Complete scheduled and urgent hospice admissions while performing triage, chart audits, and quality compliance activities. Profile medications with pharmacy, assist with durable medical equipment orders, and support flu clinic requests. Cover visit help requests for PPS, PRN, and routine visits as needed. Field triage calls to meet daily patient needs. Work Saturdays and Wednesdays in King County with on-call flexibility for territory changes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Three (3) years nursing experience
- Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state
- Complies with accepted professional standards and practice
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organization skills
- CPR certification
- Licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
- Available for Saturday and Wednesday schedule
- Willing to work in King County territory
- Willing to change territories or cover areas other than primary assignment
Desired Qualifications
- Community/home health/hospice or medical/surgical experience
